I am an admin by day, actress by night living in Chicago. I am a very creative person who relishes theatre, music (I sing, play guitar and drum, I also fiddle...very badly), art, literature, travel, cooking and gardening.

My deepest passions are environmentalism and social justice and I try to live in a way that manifests these values. I am a spiritual person and my spirituality also reflects these values. I work to practice food activism, which is challenging in the Midwest. I am a vegetarian who seeks out local, sustainable, ethical foods when possible.

At this time, I am looking to enjoy life with like-minded individuals. I was in one long-term relationship for most of my adult life and I'd like to see what else the world has to offer. I've found, however, that it can be difficult to meet intelligent people who care about the world and who want to be aware and accountable, so I thought I'd try this site.
