Looking for someone who loves the land.
Looking for someone who loves the land. I would love to one day make my own Walden or Innisfree. I love learning about our world, especially animals and our native plants. I have been a beekeeper for about 4 years and think it is fascinating. I am a birder, sculptor, writer and gardener. I am moving to a half acre plot within the next few months and am busying myself with ripping out invasive plants and creating a healthy habitat. I think its very satisfying to start a plant from a seed and watch it grow, bloom and go to seed itself.
I have a rescue dog named Ripley and a slightly insane cat named Elly.
I am not at all interested in the newest electronic gadget, organized sports or most of pop culture. Also, I'm not particularly girly...I could are less about make up or fashion trends. I'm a t-shirt and jeans kind of person. I'm usually the one rescuing insects and spiders from squish-happy coworkers and friends.
