Established in France 30yrs, just passed my birthday ...22 the 58th april. still cool and plenty of miles left on the counter.
PSS (practical self sufficiency) is my bible, garden animals water and electricity, even the odd wild boar are all produced or harvested "chez moi"
I bought 3 hct ..about 5 acres when land here cost peanuts, i have completed the largest part of the installations necessary but still have lots of projects. My 2 children have left the nest and i find myself a little lonely in paradis, over worked and no one to share the good things of the land with, i've decided to try the www, i'm not a fanatic... like vegetarian food but kill and eat good meat also, smoke tobacco etc and enjoy a social drink especially if i have brewed or fermented it ..... My don't likes ...mac do "and all who sail in her" shopping,social climbing, TV, rolex, loto credit and politicians etc etc.
I'm not anti social "just don't like society" easy going and enjoy meeting people, beach,concerts resto, flea markets. i participate in local events and love the -------ity of latin music.
i hope that gives a rough idea of who and how i am.
I imagine you .....slim to normal (not over weight) philosophically similar or wanting to leave behind the vestige of chains and slavery common to modern society, experience would be great but what counts is motivation, i'm neither macho,sexiste or raciste ...quite happy to cook and clean the dishes ...if you want to muck out the sheep and repair the tracter etc !!!
i would dearly like to believe that i will meet the love of my life. but i'm also open to meeting new friends that would just like to participate in a working PSS holiday.
