Reduce, Reuse, Recycle When I was a kid, my school made it cool to recycle. It was also the norm. Why waste it? Why use the item only once? Now they can make cloth bags out of recycled materials, wheelchairs out of soda can tabs, we have compost bins everywhere and can make other uses for items that can't be recycled any further. Why not?

I'm always looking for new and interesting ways to reuse everyday items. I find it exciting and these days, also a little scary. the thought that our environment no longer looks or feels the way it once did concerns me. As an individual, I feel there is not too much I can do other than advocate the above mantra.

Would be awesome to connect with others already down that path!
