I'm an outgoing, creative, quirky, funny, intelligent girl who is nonetheless very caring, compassionate, loving, spiritual, athletic, a big thinker, an asker of questions, and a lover of witty banter. I'm down to earth, adventurous, often silly, outgoing, spontaneous, extroverted, and a die hard romantic. I'm a bit of an idealist who hangs on for dear life to that notion in a very crazy world. I'm a bit of a perennial tomboy, but clean up nicely! There's nothing I like more than putting on a killer dress and going to a nice place but mostly you'll find me in casual, cutting edge designs. I'm also a vegetarian and eco conscious. I've had many wonderful long term relationships, and am friends with all of my ex's. But it's taken a while to really know what I want, what I DON'T want, and most importantly, who I really am. I just turned 39 and KNOW I am ready, really ready for something truly spectacular. I am looking for someone funny, spiritual (NOT necessarily religious), very successful, established, secure, active, communicative, kind, romantic, a MAN. Not a boy. Witty banter is a major turn on, as is an intelligent debate about life, the universe and everything. Sitting quietly in front of the fire, watching a movie or enjoying comfortable silences and reading the Times in bed on a Sunday with good coffee is pretty fantastic too. And someone I can play sports with and be active!! I want a man to be exactly that; my man - old fashioned but also not afraid to let me be out in the world in a significant way. I love and value a door being held open, a man who plans a nice evening, who calls and doesn't play games, and who can build a deck and fix stuff. I am pretty old fashioned for a modern girl. It also must be said, I'm not looking to casually date.
