I am someone who values the magnificent earth that we all share together, and feel that the care of it should be a top priority for us all ! I truly believe that living joyful, purposeful lives is a moment to moment choice that we each get to make. Although actually wanting to come to that decision, did take me awhile to arrive at. As part of the " Cast My Fate To The Wind " generation, which not only fostered that concept, but also of course, made it seem like the hip thing to do at the time. It also made it the easy thing to do, it took away any responsibility of needing to concern myself about that, by taking it out of my hands so to speak. So for me, it was a major reprogramming of sorts, and the stark realization following- that my life was, and would always be what I choose to make it ! Often though even knowing that, it's easy to get off-track, to simply give up our control and power to another, or simply leaving it all to chance. As important as it is to trust and stay optimistic about the outcomes in our lives, we still need to take an active participation to ensure that. Feeling that it's so important to stay mindful of that, is one of the main reasons, I made the decision to join Green Passions. By connecting and sharing with other like-minded ones, who truly care about the earth will not only help me, but also others too, to stay focused, and aware of what truly matters most, and that is the well-being of our home-planet earth !
