Hello =) I own 3 restaurants and 2 gift shops in Manhattan and the Bronx, I'm finishing up my masters degree in HRM and I'm building a site called mendabrokenplanet.com where I'll be picking up and recycling 500,000 pieces of plastic off kamilo beach in hawaii (dirtiest beach in the world) and here at home, planting 10,000 trees in the amazon rainforest and also here at home and painting 500 roofs white in jersey and NY - i'll be documenting all of this and have collaborated with organizations nationally and internationally to get it done. My goal is to inspire a world where no one person is too small to make a difference and build a site where I detail all the major environmental issues threatening the very foudnation of life and connecting it to human health, well-being and prosperity with ways to help mend each and every problem that not only affects our lives today, but our children's tomorrow and the millions of other species out there. This is a very simple nutshell of what the site and my actions will constitute and a quick intro to me! I feel all the puzzle pieces above my head all these years are finally coming together, except the most important one...love and companionship...thought I'd take my chances here!
