I am a very enthusiastic about life and all its unexplored opportunities. I have followed the path of a holistically healthy, spiritually growing, athletically fit person who likes to play and work hard. I am someone who is constantly striving to learn how to focus on the moment and bring the most from it. I love nature, the out doors and all that is in it as it gives me a balance to my work. This pursuit is seriously involved in adding a bit of peace and longevity to a planet that is out of balance in many areas.
