The focus of my life is to move into more consciousness, love and a sense of oneness. My first priority is self work and secondly to support others who share a similar commitment. I have had a daily committed spiritual practice all my adult life. For about 25 years it took the form of a fairly rigorous meditation practice, sitting hours every day. It was very yogic and the focus was on transcending the “lower” material plan and merging in the inner light and sound. In the late 1990’s, after a long period where it seemed my inner growth had plateau, I started transitioning to a more tantric practice of embracing the eminence of the Divine in all things, particularly other beings in this world. The inclusion of shadow work in my tantric practice has been a catalyst for deep healing and the emergence of an ecstatic spaciousness. On a practical level, my spiritual practice has become the welcoming and embracing everything in this present moment, and looking for how I can support more light and love emerging.

For much of my adult life I worked as a research social scientist. In 2004, after a few years of managing a small think tank that did public policy research, I left that work and started to focus more exclusively on doing healing work that I started to explore in 2000. After years of doing intellectual work, I felt a new wholeness and a deep satisfaction in working more at an energetic level. My work with others focuses on healing core trauma, s----lity, spirituality, and their integration.
