I am somewhat artistic. I make jewelry for a living. Not my passion though. I like to work with my hands. I spent years deprogramming and that's where I'm at now. I am trying to be self-sufficient and to learn all the simple things people have forgotten, you know "what you can eat?", "how to stay warm?" Sometimes it seems futile to make things harder when there are some many conveniences available but I guess that's where the deprogramming comes in.
I want to meet other people out there who want a world with out so much stuff. I need to learn so much and am excited to meet people who are further ahead on the path. Looking to relocate and find a place, maybe a farm or community, where I can live a healthy life and try and be happy. Its hard to stay positive when I'm surrounded by this crazy consumer world. I cant even get my own family to understand what they are doing. And its hard, its not fun to try and teach people "hey lets do without" when they find so much happiness in stuff. OK, enough of that. Anybody know how to make sake?
