Making it Count Well I wouldn't describe myself as a tree hugger that's for sure. I'm studying for an environmental degree with the Open University and teaching myself photography at the same time. My ultimate aim is to become a Wildlife Environmental Photo-journalist and I'm hoping to meet and learn from people who share the same passion as myself.

My life is a balancing act as I have two girls age 5 and 10. They keep me grounded and sensible otherwise I would probably be found in some minor African country writing about the inevitable demise of an endangered species following an environmental disaster....sorry did i drift off there??

I'm not a fan of the TV. It stops people talking to each other and is a universal killer of relationships. I much prefer socialising with my friends or keeping fit. I have recently taken up climbing and although I will never break any records I love the buzz. I enjoy most outdoor activities and have lots more I would like to try such as kiting and sailing.

I would love to find someone who knows they can make a difference. I admire passion, drive, honesty and confidence but only if it's tempered with kindness and a down to earth sense of humour. I like to laugh!! I could list all the things I like and don't like but experience has taught me that the right person often doesn't tick those boxes!!
