Food not Lawns...changing my yard Ah yes, so this is where I have room to actually type in full sentences. So I have managed to have an interesting life (and hope to continue that trend). I have lived off the land on a small sailboat, hunted for buried pirate treasure, worked for Greenpeace, fought in Desert Storm, traveled half the world(and want to travel the other half still). Now days I run my own business and hope to meet the right person to maintain balance in my life. I hope to meet people who are openminded, enjoy the outdoors, and enjoy good fun and current events.

So kinda felt I needed to write a bit more about what I am looking for....I am a heathen liberal demon-crat and tend to not see myself with a conservative who goes to church every week for her religion....not to say a belief in a higher power or god is bad, just don't think it can be found in the average church being told what is right. I need to find someone who is in ok shape at least. I do like to be active and like to hike...no really hike and camp. I like to discuss politics, current events and the amazing world we live in. There are so many great folks on here and I don't want to waste anyones time. I do work too much ...so I think I need to find someone fairly close to home, I just don't see dating someone that is more than 30 minutes from St. Pete. I do find that folks younger than me still have some of that crazy idealism still left in them..not to say folks my age or older can't.... so I seem to date folks younger than me often times. Life is a amazing, joyous thing that must be met with excitement and joy...
So now more my most current update...it is March and I just bought my dream house with a crazy huge yard that will be bursting with herbs and veggies soon...then I'm getting a few chickens....love me some fresh eggs...What else is new, hmm, hoping to travel at some point this summer. Off to NC in June and starting to regain my sanity after a really busy last few months.
