Being aware of your actions and responsibilities I am a 40 year old woman with no children. I am reasonably active but large and I'm happy with myself as-is. Up until now I have been content to be by myself, doing my own thing, but I am now questioning that choice. I might still consider having a child, everything still works as it should. I've just never been willing to be a single parent. I have a teaching degree in the mathematics field but currently work for the government in a service capacity. I am a tolerable cook in most areas, great banana bread and tomato sauce. Beyond that I make no promises about the edibility of what comes out of my stove. As you can possibly tell, I say what I mean. That little censor in my brain that says "Maybe you shouldn't say that" died long ago. I am willing to relocate for the right guy. I am looking for a man who is employed doing something he loves, is not afraid to be himself, loves animals, camping, and other outdoor activities. I am not into radical activists, just your average Joe who takes care of his own environmental impact and keeps an eye on the big picture of the effect of his actions and decisions. I'm terrible at skating, and even worse at skiing, so in the winter I do enjoy going to movie theatres, out for dinner or just relaxing at home. I enjoy volunteering in the community for youth-related activities. I don't smoke or use drugs, but I do enjoy a good wine with dinner or harder drinks on special occasions. Isn't "it's 11 pm and I'm sitting on the porch swing" a special occasion? I'm a big proponent of letting a man be a man, and not expecting him to be something he isn't. Go ahead and watch hockey on tv, barbecue on Sundays, tend the environmentally friendly yard on weekends, build model airplanes or ham radios, whatever makes you happy. Your time is your time, my time is my time, and since the world doesn't revolve around me, neither does it circumscribe you.
