Since I love people, my passion is to experience and understand different cultures and different ways of thinking. I own a restaurant, where I use my own cuisine to delve into the question of what it is to be human. I work with people of all sorts of different disciplines in order to develop these ideas. I'm, also, working with a friend of mine who is an Architect on creating our idea of the "perfect" restaurant. Sustainability and social responsibility is essential to this.
