Nature-loving, easy going girl seeking a practical outdoorsy man
moved to Adelaide about three years ago, so I'm still always up for broadening my circle of friends here. It takes me a while to make new friends, but once I have made them I am devoted and always keep up contact. All my best friends I have known since kindy

I come from a family of keen bushwalkers so I love to be outdoors enjoying nature. I especially love sailing, though I am taking a break from racing every saturday so that i can work on my new house. I also want to get my scuba ticket so that I can swim with the whale sharks at the Ningaloo next year. I'm pretty independent and have done a fair amount of O/S travel by myself, so if you like hearing crazy travel stories I have some to offer!

I'm passionate about animal welfare (I esp love dogs!) and regularly donate to WSPA and a few other animal charities. I've been vego for 15 years. I love cooking, esp baking, and have been told I am a good cook! I also like to read and am a "fountain of useless trivia"(!) - I love intelligent conversation and learning new things and am after a guy who will keep me intellectually stimulated and broaden my mind. Last but definitely not least, I am passionate about environmental issues - wilderness protection and sustainability, including green building design. I'm a keen recycler and gardener and I have made the house that I built as green as possible (within my budget!). I vote Green and although I don't eat meat (for both ethical and environmental reasons), I'm not a hippie - you'll find that I am a totally normal, everyday person.
