Back to nature looks like the only viable option...
consider myself lucky having avoided the 9 to 5 lifestyle by working the 7 seas instead. it also offered me lots of time off to think, study & enjoy nature. being a climate activist came naturally to me and it was nice to find my observations (that everything on this planet is connected) confirmed more than 30 years ago when i bumped into james lovelock's gaia hypothesis. i grew up in the netherlands & through my seagoing adventures lived some years in norway & almost 20 in england, which i departed a year before brexit on a sailboat & the past few years i have mainly been exploring the basque country. i believe going back to nature & try to work towards a simple self-sustainable life style is the only way forward. i am looking for a suitable piece of land to settle at the moment on the north coast of spain in either cantabria, asturias or galicia.
